| 22) Acid Sulphate Soils Submit for the approval of Development Assessment, an Acid Sulfate Soils (ASS) Investigation Report and Management Plan, where soil disturbance (e.g filling, excavation, drainage works, stripping of topsoil) is greater than 100m3 for excavation and/or 500m3 for filling and the disturbance level is equal to or less than 5mAHD.
