Due to scheduled system maintenance activity, residents may not be able to view development application documents or make comments / submissions on development applications or provide a neighbour’s comment on a building application.

The system maintenance activities are scheduled to occur on

  • Saturday 9th December 2023 to from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Sunday 10th December 2023 to from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Should you wish to make a comment / submission on a development application please try again at a time outside of the above identified scheduled system maintenance times.

  • There are a number of State Government declared Priority Development Areas within Brisbane. The Department of State Development, Tourism and Innovation maintains a register independent of Brisbane City Council's register of current and decided Development Applications within the Priority Development Areas.
